What do you do?
We make it possible for almost any food business (e.g. restaurants, cafes, takeaways, bakeries) to offer online ordering to their customers.

How is it different?
Unlike existing services, we charge a small fee and not a percentage of your profits. Many businesses have found that whilst existing services have helped with turnover, there is no profit left after paying high fees based on a percentage of turnover.

How can you help my business?
We can help by keeping existing customers as well as attracting new customers. More and more customers are trying and now prefer to use online ordering for both pickup and delivery orders. If you do not offer it, you may be missing out on new business as well as potentially losing existing customers who are now test driving your competitors because of online ordering.

If you are already taking orders online, we can help bring down the costs of online ordering and help make your business profitable.

Do you provide delivery services?
No, we do not, however, because our fees are so low, we put you in the position of being able to afford to organise your own delivery people should you choose to offer a delivery service. You can add a delivery fee onto each order to help cover this extra expense and most customers expect there to be a delivery fee and are happy to pay it for the convenience.

How does online ordering help with Pickup orders?
Online ordering means you and your staff spend less time taking orders and handling payments. All this is done by the customer online, they spend their own time browsing your menu and paying for their order. All you have to do is click a button to accept the order.
This also helps with social distancing by having fewer people in your premises, waiting for orders.

How do I get started?
Just click the CLICK TO GET STARTED NOW button to complete our free Create your account form. This form has basic information which we use to set up your account and online ordering. Once this is ready, you can use it for a month to see if Eezeemenu is for you.

Is there a cost to get started?
No. Once we have created your account and you can use it free for a month. If you decide to keep using it, you start paying our basic fee which is just $39 a month. This may go up slightly as your order numbers increase. If we charge you a little more, that’s good news, because it means you made a lot more.

How long will it take?
We can get your menus up and running in just a few days however, there are a number of steps in the process which can slow things down. For example providing everything needed to create your account with the payments processor. We will keep you informed because we know you are keen to get started at being more profitable.

What do you need to set me up?
We will need the usual business details (e.g. business name, ABN), menu details, business hours, pickup and/or delivery details, minimum amounts. These are all things that you already know so it is a very straight forward process which we try to make as easy as possible.

Is there a contract?
No, there is no contract. You can use eezeemenu for as long or as short as you like but we are confident that when your customers start ordering online and your profits keep growing, we will stay friends for a very long time.

Is there a setup fee?
No. To show our committment to helping businesses during these difficult times, we have waived all setup fees while we are launching so there is even more reason to get started now.

Do I need any equipment?
No, you can receive orders on your existing mobile phone, tablet or computer. Initially, you could just write orders on to an order docket. As you get busier or you may decide to purchase a docket printer to print out orders. It all depends on how busy you are and how you operate.

How are payments handled?
When a customer places an order they pay using their credit card. When you accept the order, the payment is processed and an sms is sent to the customer. You can then prepare the customers order knowing that it has been paid for in full.

Are payments secure?
Yes, payments are processed by one of the worlds largest providers of online merchant services. They use state of the art security to ensure that payments are safe and secure.

How do I get paid?
When a customer orders from you, their payment goes directly into an account owned and controlled by you. Transfers from this account can go into your bank next business day.

What about cancelled orders?
If you reject an order, no payment is taken from the customer. The customer is notified by sms with a polite message.

How do customers place orders?
Customers will click on a button on your website that opens your menu. They click on what they want to order. Items are added to their basket. They can remove items or keep adding until they are ready to place their order. To place their order they enter their mobile number and name, select delivery or pickup (depending on what you are offering), they select a delivery or pickup time. They can add a note to their order as well. Now they pay by credit card. The order is sent to you and when you accept the order, the customer receives an SMS confirming their order.

How do I receive the order?
You can view orders on a phone, tablet or computer. You can accept or reject the order and you can change the time of the order (e.g. at busy times) before accepting. An SMS is sent to the customer giving them a receipt number and confirming the time.

Can I reject an order?
Yes. When an order comes in there is a button you can choose to reject it. If you reject the order, the customer is not charged. An SMS is sent to the customer politely telling them that their order cannot be completed and apologising for the inconvenience.

Can I suspend or slow down orders?
Yes, you can very quickly either suspend ordering completely or increase the standard wait time for any orders that are received. This is very importantant during particularly busy periods. You can also easily remove individual items from ordering if, for example, you have run out of something.

Can I customise my menus?
Your menu includes various options to edit and include text for heading and descriptions as well as selecting colours to match your business. They also include an information section where you can include things like alergy information, opening hours or even a little background about the business.

What about the menu items?
Each menu category (e.g. Chicken Dishes) as well as each individual menu item (e.g. Chicken schnitzel) has space for a description so you can say as much or as little as you like describe the menu items and also set a mood for your business.

How will it look on my website?
Customers will see a button and you can choose the colours (whatever matches your business) and text on this button (e.g ORDER DIRECT, ORDER ONLINE). When they click the button, your menu will open displayed in the colours to match your business as well all the text you have provided.

What if I don´t have a website?
We strongly advise getting a website to help build your brand. If you need help with this we can create a website for an additional $11 a month. This will have everything you need to promote your business online plus it will have online ordering built in and ready to go.

Can I change the menu?
Of course. You can access your menu at any time to edit or add menu items, hide things that are out of stock, change descriptions, change colours, basically anything that needs updating.
